Patching Error

Dear Riot Games,

Everyday I come to play league since the new patch 9.1 I have to patch the game everytime i start the client. I patched league of legends 4 times on 2 days and that's because I left the game on so I dont get patched again. Honestly though your patching has been horrendous forever your patching gets stuck at a percentage goes 15.1/15.1 MB and doesnt move on. Takes hours to patch when i have 60-80 MB internet data. I can download any game on steam quicker than do a 3 GB Patch on league that takes hours. Also your client eats all the internet making it hard to browse anything online on my pc but fine everywhere else something that also only happens to league of legends. I tried the hextech client support and that didnt help. Thanks riot for listening to my tantrum.
