Match History of non-friends is only showing ranked games, not all recent games

i do not know if this is intended with the new Match History but it will only show ranked matches on the Match History tab when you go onto another person's profile that is not your friend. I see this as a problem because after a game i like to see if other players were just having a bad game or if they have been losing/winning consistently compared to the recently played game that I had with them.
