Popstar Ahri Ability bugs

I have been noticing for a while now that ahri's q and e on the popstar skin sometimes do not do damage or are stopped by other abilities that should not normally stop a spell (braum's q shot at ahri's e ). Other times, Ahri q will not damage enemy minions (and sometimes champs) when it should.
