faulty purchase

Tried to buy the bundle for Tahm with rp so iI could get the champ and skin. It only gave me the champ and didnt give me the skin. It says i purchase just the champ and thats not true. I cant refund to try to get the bundle again and i refuse to spend another 10 dollors to just get the skin. I need this fixed soon please.
