Queue accept bug

So basically, I accepted the queue (in URF), then it went to champ select like it should. But then, the accept bubble didn't go away. I could still press accept and decline, but nothing would happen. The entire time, the queue is still going on in the background, I can see people talking in chat in the background and everything, but I myself can't interact with any of it. This has happened multiple times at this point, it's really frustrating. A link for the picture of what happened is posted.
