CLIENT BUG - Ready up screen persists through champ select (can't select champ)

Upon accepting ready check was brought into champ select but had no option to select a champion because of the overlay (could still see teammates talking in chat). This forced a dodge which cost a series. Even after the lobby was dodged the overlay stayed over the home screen and I had to exit the client through task manager
