0 ping in loading screen!

Champion select is fine! All Gucci! Then... I try to load into a game. When the actual game opens it’s black for a minute. Then the loading screen appears. And everyone is at 0% and I have 0 ping. Then 5 or so minutes later it’ll load super slowly then let me in when I’m at a random percentage. And I’ll have super super low FPS.... I played the day before and this randomly happened and I’m not sure what to do!
