[GAMEPLAY] Creep being stunned forever by heim's E

Location where issue occured: Blue side, Top lane Inhibitor Tower

Champ affected:

Desc: After casting heim 's E on the creeps, (of course a stun occurred), one of the creeps just stuck there, doing nothing but no cc effect on it.

Details:

1. Heim's location: Outside turret range
2. Creep location: coming out from top lane inhibitor
3. heim's E casting time: when the first creep passed the "steps" of the base.
4. exact location where creep is stunned: around 1/2 of turret range from center of tower, angle 040-060
5. OF COURSE I TAKE THE CS, lol
