[CRASH] after champion select client crashes

so i have a windows 8 laptop touchscreen, i live in university residence. The proble is that whenever it happense ( and its random) i cannot rejoin the game at all i can try to reconnect the game says check firewall settings but nope never connects. If you guys can take care of this problem i would be delighted i lost my elo upgrade match because of that soooo thanks in advance and have a good day Mickalox
