RANK IS DISABLED BUT WHEN I PLAYED NORMAL DRAFT I PLAYED RANKED INSTEAD

soo i was banned due to being 'mean' because of team losing soo my rank was disabled until i win 3 normal draft but just now when i played normal draft i lost , instead i lost my series (that means i was in rank) after the game i was able to click to choose rank games when i started the game it said "because you did not meet the required game play criteria , you are unable to join rank games"

i need help on this i just lost my series and a rank due to this well i didnt but i hope you guys know why im upset
