More IP Shown than Owned [CLIENT]

So as of late every time I try to shop, I'm seeing more IP than I actually have. I thought it was a problem that would've been fixed with me patching the game but it seems that even after the patch I'm getting the same problem. It happens every time. Opening and closing the client do nothing to fix it. I just keep having to spam games until I get enough IP to get what I can get from the store.
