Launcher being laggy

When will you fix this annoying bug?

Literally everyone in my friend list can say they get this bug around 1-2 times during the day.

Starting to really get me pissed that i cannot pick or ban anything because my client being laggy as crap during ban/champ phase and losing 3 LP because of this
