[7.23 Patch] Random DC ingame Issue

After couple days of 7.23 patch, the game started to have connection issues. Sometimes the game will be finished without a dc, but I have gotten kicked out of the game once or twice when it occurs. The bugsplat pops out, and I did report it couple times, and it has been around a week since the first dc. I deleted all my league files and reinstalled twice, used hextech fix tool from riot, but no permanent fix. If anyone else is having same issue, or know how to fix it, it'd be awesome (I did search up reddit for this issue because if more people had the issue, it would be pretty big issue to fix, but since it isn't, it doesn't seem likely that this issue happens to others often).
