The Quest requires you to be on the team that takes the first tower on summoners rift in a matchmade game. I have played several games where both my team, and other games where I, have taken first tower and won (winning is not a requirement, but figured I would add it just in case). This quest remains incomplete.

Can confirm. For some reason this mission only applies to normal summoner's rift. All other previous missions could be completed in ARURF, not sure why this one can't. The mission text doesn't specify so I'm guessing it may be a bug (or poorly written mission text).
Also, you don't need your whole team or anything. I solo killed first turret and still got the mission. It just has to be on a Blind/Draft/Ranked Summoner's Rift game.
