Azir Q bug

it was a day that i had a lot time to play azir. i decide to pick him on rank game. when i see this bug i was suprised. after 3th kill by zed's R i notice when i spawn that i was able to cast my Q WITHOUT a soldier. even if i press W and the soldiers disappear i can still press Q but it didn't efect the soldier when he was alive , i could move him with Q but even when all soldiers was fall my Q was enable to cast [sg-ahri-1]
