Azir gets the upper hand in Dominion

Before the game unlocks you from the platform, Azir is able to place a point in each of his abilities and dash towards a nearby tower. By doing this he is able to capture a point before anyone else is unlocked and begins the game with a few points for his team. While outside of the platform he is only able to move by using his dash, otherwise he would be returned to the platform.

Bug has been brought up multiple times and they are looking into it, but thanks for the report anyway! (in the future before you report a bug, search on the forums to see if it has already been brought up and just comment on the original post saying you saw it too and maybe some extra details)
