Azir gets the upper hand in Dominion

Before the game unlocks you from the platform, Azir is able to place a point in each of his abilities and dash towards a nearby tower. By doing this he is able to capture a point before anyone else is unlocked and begins the game with a few points for his team. While outside of the platform he is only able to move by using his dash, otherwise he would be returned to the platform.
