Latin north america problem

so why is it, that if i play a ranked game on LAN.. i cant play another the option disappears for ranked.. usually disappears for 2-4 days.. the time i grabbed some water and missed my champ pick.. okay maybe missing an hour or so.. but 4 days.. and now. just finished my provionals.. shame i cant keep playing....

Certain que's on LAN become unavailable at certain times of night. Since the player base is much smaller it is to help matchmaking stay fair (more important at high elo ranked). It freaked me out at first but I noticed it is rather consistent so I am used to it now P:
