[Crash] Bugsplat, Critical Error, Error Code 004 (In that order)

October 12, 2018 EST Patch 2.20 **THE BEGINNING: ** [12:36//12:36 PM]

I received a Bugsplat in champ select and for some reason league didn't make me "Dodge" the queue, which I had originally thought was a good thing, but I was very wrong. The champ select continued and the game "started," sending me to the "Game is still in progress..." screen. The game had started, but it didn't open game for me. I decided to re-log and I'm actually just stuck on this screen now. But essentially now, I AFK'd in a game and my team remade. I'm still in the screen after 15 minutes of waiting.

I have Uninstalled AND Reinstalled League of Legends using the Hextech repair tool (Alongside Forced Repatch).

I attempted playing another game after restarting my client, instead I received a "Critical Error" when League tried to open the game, and it also forced me to AFK and my team to lose. It also asked me to create a Crash Dump file to "help developers".

Tried to login, after leaving my client to update for a while.

Update failed and we're not sure why. Please restart the client to try patching again. (Error code 004)

I tried only using the "Force Repatch" option with the Hextech Repair Tool and it seemed to work for a while, but I ended up with Error Code 004, same as last time.

Initializing Full Repair through the client fails.

I performed a Clean Uninstall/Reinstall and I have received the same error report. (Error Code 004)
