Riot. There is a game breaking bug with the new client. Where you at?

Many other people are having the same issue. Got into a ranked queue timer got stuck at 0 for the last person my teammates dodged but to no avail. I was still in the room so I decided to dodge thinking that if my whole team left the server might dissolve the draft. It did not, i can't requeue. I suspect that the server thinks I am in the draft still.
