Character Not Moving While in Combat

When I get into a team fight (usually near tower) or even when I click to attack minions, my character stops following my mouse clicks and stand there and autos. No matter what I do or where I click I cant seem to move at all. It happens 1/3 attacks, so playing champions that need kiting is impossible. I don't believe it is lag because nothing else changes. I have swapped mice 3 time so I don't believe that is it either. I'd like to know if anyone else has this problem.
