PBE is telling to reconnect.

My internet is 99 points out of the 100 when tested by Rito. So it can't be my internet. Still the client is asking to reconnect. How can i fix this? This is also annoying because the que time on the PBE is around 10 hours. I tried to log in 4 times now and waited a shit load of time and its getting me frustrated now. Does anyone have a solution for this problem?
