Client Bug - Lobby chat doesn't work

Every once in a while lobby chat won't work. I can't type anything and I can't see anything. This is a recent thing, only seen it the past 2 days, and I'm not sure what causes it. Sometimes chat works fine, sometimes I get nothing.

Should also mention that when I load in game, the lobby chat wasn't working for any of us, any of the times this has occurred.
