Cant see the god damn champion select screen

I cannot see the champion select screen, it was literally blank, filled with black. i could still hear timer is working and it eventually dodged, lost 3 points when i am 0 point in plat 5. Ive experience same bug last patch too and im sure that i reported the bug..and didn't fixed yet. I doubt that u guys arent working at all, even 7 years old brain dead yasuo player can work better than all of you I lost total 6 points, thank you riot for stealing my point, now sit your ass and fix the bug, then restore my point let me edit more, it just happened again, and lost 13 points for being dodged. Hey rito! you are giving me a cancer. Now, I lost 19 points because of you guys' issue and i can tell you that this isn't my pc's problem. Because i could play without problem like hour ago. And when it happened last weak, it was my 4th game of that day. So riot, I waste like 30 minutes. Also im saying this without point but i can barely balance the game better than all of you. I would like to see answer from the riot right now
