The whole team is lagging and in 20 Min the game just stops

Well I just spent the last 20 mins of my time playing a laggy game that want only me, but both teams, and after all that the game just stops and we dont win or lose anything, and I´m not okay with the game just acting like nothing happend, and it was a ranked, this is not okay fro such a big company to have such big of a problem. [sg-lux-2] If somebody else has this problem, say it we cant just let them pass this
