[GAMEPLAY] Bug /w Crystalline Flask & Pots

I for one am quite surprised that this bug has ye to be fixed, since I have encountered this bug during the end of the previous season and am currently still experiencing the same issue. I understand that crystalline flask cannot be used simultaneously with Health Potion and Mana Potion but there have been instances where I have just been unable to use either period. I have only experienced this bug with Wukong since he is the only champion that I use crystalline flask with. The issue that I am having is that, after purchasing both crystalline flask and additions HP pots, either the crystalline flask or the pots will be unusable or both will be unusable. This bug hinders my capability to effectively lane, whether it be to defend or to apply pressure to my lane. The bug is present with both HP & Mana pots. As of right now, the only work around I have been able to come up with is to: (A) Use a skill(s) as it seems to sometimes allow me to use both pots and crystalline flask. --- OR --- (B) Buy Crystalline flask only or HP & Mana Pots. Please look into this bug ASAP and notify if it is indeed a bug or a corrupted file in my game directory. Thank you.
