[GAMEPLAY] Frozen Character Models Upon Death

I was in a game and 3 different times within that game I witnessed frozen character models of the enemy champions after they died rather then their death model laying on the battle field. I was unable to get a screenshot of the act in performance but have 2 screenshots of the left over character models. Morgana Renekton
