[CLIENT/GAMEPLAY??] Chatbox Position

I know this problem isn't gamebreaking but it's rather annoying and I don't believe it would be hard to fix - Whenever I load into a game, the chatbox is always in some weird spot in the lower right and each time, I have to drag it over my minimap on the left. I remember it used to lock into place until patch 4.18. Can it be fixed or can a lock button be added to the chatbox so players may lock it wherever and not have to worry about dragging it back to that spot every game? Thanks.
