Pantheon Not able to use skills, recall, or even auto attack!

Playing a game as Pantheon where i went 14/5/7 (in order to watch replay), enemy Nocturne ulted tower diving us. I was unable to use any skills or recall, even if i manually clicked on the skill bar. I tried re logging, but nothing helped. I was then attached by the enemy Leblanc, and all seemed to be fine.
