Thresh Relic Shield Bug
Just had a game with a few friends and it was annoying when the relic shield won't proc on creeps.

It's not a bug, broseph. Thresh's attack counts as ranged, but has melee characteristics. You have to rely on Flay Passive to last hit. Unless you're saying you actually last hit it and it didn't register or something.
Doesn't proc, Thresh is a ranged champion. The only time Thresh can "execute" minions and still get his stack, he has to have Kalista as his adc with her w skill.
Honestly, I don't get the hype on Thresh with Relic Shield since it is annoying to have to last hit. I'm all bout that Frost Queen's Claim for the lane pressure.
