Freezing when someone needs to LOCK IN

I just tried to play a ranked game.... this has happened in the past before and I havent said anything. I went to go BAN a character, the ban button wasn't available to click. Then it shows on the bottom left everyone left the lobby... a few mins later of me waiting at 0 seconds, my game freezes...

I then login and I have a 5min wait que and I lost 5 LP.... I was frustrated. I waited the time out and I went into another ranked game. AGAIN!!! It was not even my turn to lock into my character, it was the opponents turn. The timer went to 0, Everyone left the lobby and my game freezes at 0. Weird because my music continues to play and i am still able to message friends.

Then I exit and now I have a 30 minute question time and lost 10 more LP!!! I do not want this to happen again, I wanted to play a game of league and now I have to wait all this extra time because of this nonsense.

I hope you guys are able to take back this penalty.
