My ip is bugged

so i was gonna buy a rune that was 410 and i had enough for it but when i went to buy it, it says current ip is 137 so i just restarted my client and it still says the same thing so then i restarted my computer still no fix and then i re installed the client still is bugged and ive sent in a ticket but i just wanted to know if anybody on the boards knows a fix or is having same problem.

I think the bug was probably showing you had enough but, in all reality, you really didnt. This happened to me...so its pretty much the opposite problem of what you think it is.

EVERYONE IS HAVING THE EXACT SAME PROBLEM. seriously go check the bugged board and look for the words "IP" or "RUNES"
