Leaver Buster just failed

Hi, I Currently have low priority and i had an experience unlike any other. It started out fine, i waited around 18 minutes and all of the sudden a thing popped saying i found a game while still waiting in low priority. Shown in the first screenshot, Found Here. Then in a panic/being really confused. i forgot to ban and now i have the low priority plus a 30 minute cooldown for not banning, which i find pretty funny. Anyways just wanted to show you guys this as i was really confused when it happened.
