[Client] - Unable to exit Mastery Editing Window during Champion Selection Screen

Description:

While in the Champion Selection Screen (during Ranked/Draft Pick/Blind Pick), if the player hovers over a Champion to select/ban, that Champion's currently selected Skin Splash Image will appear on-screen. If the player then enters the "Edit Masteries Window" while this image is displayed (known issue that the image does not disappear, so a bug-of-a-bug), the Splash-Art-Image will cover/block the "X" button to close the Window, preventing the player from exiting the "Edit Masteries Window" entirely. If the player has yet to select a Champion, they will be unable to do so as they cannot leave the Window, thus causing an automatic kick from the Matchmaking Queue, as well as receiving a penalty.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Launch the "League of Legends" Game Client.
2. Log into a League Account.
3. Enter into a Matchmaking Queue, Ranked or otherwise (with exception to ARAM, Team Builder).
4. Once in the Champion Selection Screen, hover over a Champion. Notice that the respective Champion's current Skin Splash Art is shown to the right of the Screen.
5. While the image remains on-screen, enter the "Editing Masteries Window" through use of the "EDIT" Icon.
6. Notice the issue.

Reproduction Rate:

1/5 (Attempted to Reproduce in a Custom Game; unable to Reproduce. Will NOT re-attempt to reproduce in another Ranked Queue... I am not willing to risk my account's accountability for testing purposes).

No Screenshot was taken of the issue at the time, due to my personal frantic attempts at trying to close the window and select a Champion before the timer inevitably ran out and kicked me from the queue.
