gameplay(teleport not working)

sory I don't have screenshots but the summoner spell teleport seems to ether not be working at all or glitching 2x in my last game it just straight did not work went through the animations but didn't take me anywhere and 1 time I tried teleporting to the our mid lane turret by river and it took me to the wrong turret..it was also glitching for the heimer in our group
