Sudden Free Skin after ARAM?

Hi Riot! I played a match of ARAM earlier today, and, well, a relatively fortunate bug occurred...

I rolled Azir, a champ I bought at release but haven't played much since. Never bothered buying his Galactic skin, nor has it been gifted to me whether by you (I received Crimson Elite Riven for the Good Player reward) nor a friend.

No one on my team, and no one on the enemy team to my knowledge, bought the temporary skin boost. I made sure to ask both teams several times. However, Galactic Azir was not only unlocked for me, but the primary choice for skin. I was able to swap between the skins as the timer rolled down, and it did not prompt me to unlock his skin ever. After the match, I had to check my profile. And, well...I have that skin unlocked and available to me still.

I don't know if others have had similar events transpire, but I'm bringing this up because a.) it's an obvious bug of some sort and b.) I don't want you guys thinking I hacked the skin in or something of that nature. You can check my purchase and gifting history; neither will show Galactic Azir. But after that match, I have the skin unlocked.
