rune page bug

it wont let me create a rune page in champ select. pops up with a tiny "x" and wont let me select any runes.

I am having the same problem! in fact clicking or editing the rune page would also make my summoners unforgettable therefore not able to change them too

I have the same issue. I select something then can't change it, I can't chat or do anything in the lower 25% of the screen except for friends list and quests. I can still do the options etc.

happened to me earlier today and still like that after restarting the client
