Frozen in loading screen

I was opening some hex chests and decided to join a match , I picked a champ and locked in but I my game crashed during the loading screen ... I rejoined and i was stuck at 100% ... then alt + f4 several times... I turned off firewall.... I updated my video card and nothing works. Also why I got low priority for the next 5 matches ? It is my frist afk game ever ... it was with bots.... and it wasn`t even my fault that I was afk . Any solutions ?
