Chat bug patch 6.1

While I chat with my friend via PM's our chats tend to bug out and will be placed about the one I send previously.

Ex: Me - hey whats up? Friend - Oh not much. Friend - Sure! Me - Care to play?

The bug sends their/my message above the current one they just sent.

I have solution guyz, its a windows time synchronize problem. Steps to fix the bug:

open "control panels" in your pc
open "Clock, language and region"
open "Date and time"
go to "time in internet"
click on "change settings"
select other server for synchronize time (DONT USE: time.windows.com - that makes the bug)
click ok or use and everything should be fine now
