I have two of my four chests available at this time. I have turned in an S on both Shaco and Shyvana within the past 24 hours. I got the Level 6 token on Shaco, but no chest on either Shyvana or Shaco. I have not gotten an S on either previously. The chest picture on their champion screen is now lit as if I had received the chest, but I did not get either.
ever gottan chests with those two champions before?
I'm having the same issue, gotten 3 S's on Sona and still no chest :(
It is possible to receive a chest on a champion without receiving an S grade on them ever. This happens when a friend in your premade group gets an S grade while you are playing that champion, as the chest you receive goes towards the champion that you played, not the champion that your friend played.
did you check your hextech crafting inventory? i've had problems with the popup not appearing but the chests still hitting the inventory.
