Never received a chaos icon

I thought I'm being blind but I can't find the chaos icon. I have the riven and yasuo icons but don't know where the chaos icon is.

yasuo is the chaos icon
As in like an icon you bought from chaos tokens? The riven/yasuo icons are your starter order/chaos icons.
You have to "buy" the other icons with Chaos/Order tokens.
The Yas one counts as a Chaos icon, the rest you get with tokens.
