WarWick Q Teleportation issue

I was experiancing a bug with Warwicks Q where he seemed to just disappear for about an eighth of a second and reappear a distance back from where he qed and would return back on top of whoever he was attacking.

So it was Q, Flash back a distance, and appear on top of you.

This occured multiple times throughout the game and my Blitzcrank was dealing with it as well.

I had these runes: Phase Rush, ManaFlow Band, Celerity, Gathering Storm, Stopwatch, and Cosmic Insight. I buildt Seraph's, Morrelo, Abbysal Mask, CDR boots, and Rod full stack.

I cant seem to access my VOD for some reason so I can't provide that sadly.

idk if you mean what i mean, but riot said at the ww rework, they coded it that no matter what, if he holds down q, he follows up. like if a shen ults across the entire map and ww q's on him, ww follows up with shen.
