Constant Bugsplats. Game unplayable since the 9/11 windows patch!

I've had this issue since the 9/11 windows update. The launcher and everything work fine, but as soon as I go through champ select and the game goes fullscreen to start the match,....BUGSPLAT.

I've ran repairs uninstalled/reinstalled the whole game.. TWICE updated drivers 5 days worth of google/youtube/forum searches and "solutions" with no success nor a response. Some people are posting directions on how to delete past windows updates, but I dont get the option to do so. So that didnt work. Some people were saying it was a Discord overlay problem, wasnt the case for me. Some people were saying it was an MSI Afterburner issue and that closing it would fix the problem. NOPE.

If you look up anything bugsplat related on the forum search in the last week, thousands of people are having this problem and there hasnt been and Rioter reply.

I JUST WANNA LOSE THAT LP RITO. HALP.
