General Client Problems

I am having a multitude of client problems since the Taliyah patch was released.

I frequently have to log in multiple times with the "Server is currently busy" message.

Once I join a queue often times it will tell me a player has failed to select a champ and I will be returned to the lobby about 5+ times.

Many times when it is my turn to ban or pick a champ the client wont allow me to click on a champ. Sometimes it allows me to hover and the border will turn gold when I click on a champ, but I wont actually be able to lock-in the champ and lock-in/ban. This has resulted in a few minutes worth of wait time many times.

Even when things go well, sometimes I will lag 10 seconds behind in the pick and ban phase, while someone playing next to me shows I have 20 seconds to take an action, it will show that I only have 10.
