[gameplay] jungler item warrior bug

i just had a game as top rengar, i did not have smite as an summoner spell, but after i have purchased my brutalizer, it displays that i can purchase any jungler item with the warrior enchantment, after i purchased the jungler item with warrior the brutalizer disappeared in my inventory and gave me no refund which costed me 2k gold for nothing. I didnt have a screenshot of the game but in the match history i have attached you can clearly see i purchased a brute at 12 mins and another one at 17 mins, but in the end game inventory it displays that i have only a ghost blade but not the second brute.
