cant change servers

so i live in Australia and was playing on the north american severs because all my friends are on them and i bought a card for rp and when i try to get on the oceana servers it will immediatley not accept my log in . if you know how to fix this please help me or its a bug just thought id put this out there

Server transfers are disabled right now due to a store bug.

Are you trying to move the level 11 account? Might be easier to just start a new one on oceana if that's the case, since it does cost RP to transfer servers (when transfers are enabled).
