4/1 people surrender? nope. (gameplay)

So i was in a game as lee and we were winning pretty hard so the enemy surrendered and 4 said yes. It said they did this in all chat and me and my friend proceeded to flash and dive the enemy under tower. The game did not finish and 15ish mins later they beat us...
