Full premade bugs

We're trying to que up for a normal game, but there are a TON of bugs preventing us from quing.

Everything is delayed by about 20 seconds.
Sometimes people can't accept invites.
People are randomly thrown out of lobbies
In champ select none of us could ban, the button was just grayed out for all 5 of us.
None of us could leave the lobby

And lots more. Hoping to get this fixed soon, cause the wait timer is getting pretty long because of "Dodging"
