Not getting level capsule (for 2 days now)

Hey! Recently, I leveled up from 69 to 70 and "got" my champion capsule. I went straight to my loot menu after the game finished and was not able to find it anywhere. It has been 2 days now and it still doesn't appear. I am halfway through level 70 now.

1. Tried to relaunch it several times
2. Played some games
3. Waited
4. Still nothing
