Ekko Bug 6.11

I was just messing around in a custom game as Ekko. I then realized that Statikk Shiv and RFC apply their damage on the E empowered autoattack before he even performs his autoattack.

This has nothing to do with the E range extension caused by RFC(I believe that is intentional) just the damage of Shiv and RFC.

Please respond and fix this bug if possible :D
