Ward Buying Screen bugged with new wards

When I attempt to buy these two new wards after the patch, It looks like this http://imgur.com/IxMKuuH.

I have tried to restart my client and login and it continued.

EDIT: All ward purchasing is like this.

Normal Skin purchasing is normal.
